I'm so excited to finally share my lesson for this years Book Of Days. Inspired by the colours of the Australian bush, I've used inks and markers to complete this page. In my lesson I walk through my process for expressing emotions and feelings around challenging events, and in particular my experience in the 2019/2020 bushfires on the NSW south coast. With the ability to apply my methods to any situation, I hope it inspires and comforts.
